SEMEX is a non-profit organization created to unite all foreign physicians practising in Spain.  Our main objectives include the promotion of scientific activities, the professional improvement and the offering of continuous medical education programs.  
It is our intention to become a nexus for the development of cooperation initiatives between our countries and our adopted country, Spain.
SEMEX will provide to its members tax and legal advice in relation with the professional activity and particularly, with the validation of degrees obtained abroad.

SEMEX aims to become a social reference to the immigrant population improving their health education and collaborating with the health authorities in the same objective.
SEMEX will impel relations with other scientific societies, health institutions, official dependencies, professional associations and medical unions in defence of common interests and projects.
SEMEX is an organization with a national dimension, autonomic representation, commissions of medical specialities and working groups. We are working in it
